Emergency roof repair
When a roof suddenly lets water in, the first priorities are safety, limiting further damage and understanding what can be stabilized.

Respond to the condition safely
Keep clear of sagging ceilings, damaged electrical fixtures and areas below unstable roof materials. Do not climb onto a wet or wind-damaged roof. For an immediate threat to people or a damaged utility line, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility. Photos taken safely from the ground can help describe the problem.
Temporary protection has limits
An exposed opening may need temporary weather protection before permanent roof repairs can proceed. Safe access, wind and the condition of the structure determine what is feasible. A temporary covering does not establish that the underlying roof is sound; storm assessment should examine adjacent areas as well.
Move from urgent work to a lasting repair
Once conditions allow, investigate the water entry point and concealed moisture exposure. Leak repair, flashing replacement or decking repairs may be required. Vandrix's hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM Mon–Fri. Response timing and availability must be confirmed; round-the-clock service is not promised.
