Experience that informs the approach

Luke Vandrix is the owner of Vandrix Roofing Solutions. His roofing experience informs the company’s approach to repairs, replacements and material selection: look closely at the condition of the roof, identify the cause of the problem and help property owners understand their options.

A small leak may call for a targeted flashing repair. Widespread deterioration may make replacement planning the more useful conversation. The point is to establish the scope before choosing the solution.

The roof, in its setting

On the East End, a roof is both part of the architecture and a working weather barrier. Exposed edges, shaded cedar, complex valleys and low-slope additions each require a different kind of attention. Material selection should consider the building’s structure, water drainage, coastal exposure and maintenance needs together.

That perspective runs through our residential roofing, commercial roofing and roof maintenance services.
